What formats do you offer?
Self-paced modules with exercises, instructor-led live online sessions, and on-site training for private cohorts. The catalog lists format per course.
Do I need prior experience?
Beginner courses require no experience. Intermediate and Advanced list prerequisites. We also include safety prerequisites such as ladder handling before elevated work.
Do you include safety training?
Yes. Every course includes safety controls relevant to the task—fall protection, weather checks, electrical clearances, and rescue planning.
How long do I keep access?
Self-paced courses include 12 months of access. Live online sessions include session recording access for 30 days when allowed by policy.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. You receive a digital certificate upon completion and passing the assessment. It lists contact hours and covered competencies.
What is your refund policy?
Self-paced courses: refunds within 7 days if under 20% progress. Live sessions: full refund up to 72 hours prior to start; transfers allowed thereafter when seats are available.
Can you train our whole team?
