Agreement to terms

By accessing or using StructVox Roofing Institute services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Course access and conduct

• Access is licensed to you and not sold. Do not share login details or redistribute content.
• Use courses for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with platform operations.
• Respect safety guidance and applicable regulations when performing any physical task.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change prospectively.
• Refunds: Self-paced within 7 days if under 20% progress; live sessions up to 72 hours before start.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We may reschedule live sessions due to instructor illness, safety, or force majeure. We will notify enrollees and offer alternative dates or refunds.

Intellectual property

All materials are owned by StructVox Roofing Institute or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

Disclaimers

Training is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee error-free content. Field conditions vary; always assess risks, follow codes, and use qualified professionals when required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StructVox Roofing Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Safety notice

Roof work is inherently hazardous. You are responsible for complying with safety requirements, using proper equipment, and stopping work when conditions are unsafe.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates apply when posted. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
